This Spring, Copanello Entertainment and Chef Daniel of Fork n Knife invite you to enjoy a delightful evening of sumptuous food, signature wines and sensational live music in the elegant surrounds of Somersby Gardens Estate.
This special event will occur on Sunday 11th September and showcase Chef Daniel’s amazing culinary creations alongside Copanello’s popular dinner show, ‘One Woman & Two Divas’, which sold out on its debut.
The event commences at 5pm for a pre-show drink (purchased by the glass) & music. Guests can then settle in the amphitheatre in a BYO Chair or on a rug on the lush grass for the sunset show at 6pm. Throughout the evening, Chef Daniel will be serving a delightful selection of dishes, each prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients and the utmost care. Additional food and drink can be purchased from vendors on site, plus a bar will have soft drinks and water available for purchase.
Experience a bit of the Hunter Valley on the Central Coast. An hour’s drive north of Sydney and south of Newcastle. Make a day of it and visit the Food and Wine festival at Mt Penang in the morning, then amble across for a relaxing evening of music at Somersby Falls (10 mins drive.
Under the starry night sky, guests will enjoy Copanello’s latest show, ‘One Woman & Two Divas’. Copanello are accomplished singers Anita De Lisen, Michael James and Shane Edwards. Together they perform powerful duets of love and life taken from musical theatre, opera, and the contemporary genres. Guests will delighted with renditions of The Prayer (Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli), Ave Maria, Don’t Cry for Me Argentina, Hallelujah (Leonard Cohen), Hymne à l’amour (Édith Piaf), Someone to Watch Over Me, Unchained Melody (Il Divo) and many more popular songs.
Preshow and during intermission, accomplished violinist and vocalist, Amba Mercuri, and the angelic Katandra Voices & Central Coast Children’s Choir will also perform.
